All dry wash towers are made of thicker material than the industry. Made of 7 gauge flanges, 1/8 wall tubing, two 80x80 stainless wire mesh screens, and two support screens, these ion exchange towers are professionally welded, pressure tested and powder coated for a lasting trouble-free performance.

Our biodiesel dry washing vessels are designed for both - top to bottom, and bottom to top flow. Simply select your choice of biodiesel flow direction.

Easy maintenance: The 80x80 stainless wire mesh screens and the support screens can be easily replaced, without cutting or welding the washing tower. Just unbolt the covers and the screens to replace them.

Washing biodiesel has never been easier. Our towers come standard with a tripod stand. Optionally, should you like to wall mount your tower, we will be delighted to accommodate your preference.
