Our policy is divided into four sections, as described below:

Customer Service: At Biodiesel-Kits-Online, our primary goal is to ensure that all our customers receive the highest level of customer satisfaction - from selection to delivery of biodiesel home kits, processors, reactors, supplies and accessories.

Payment Policy: All orders are processed for shipment - only upon receipt of payment in full. All prices listed on our web site are in US$.

If you have a Resale Certificate, please send us a copy to avoid paying sales tax, if applicable, on your purchases.

Shipping Policy: The products we sell are shipped from various locations throughout the US and overseas. Regardless of where the product or equipment you order is shipped from, we will ensure that you receive the best freight charges. Please note that we have a number of products that are shipped at no extra charge to you.

Warranty: All products carry manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and restrictions vary for each product and are as per respective manufacturer’s policy.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of the product and equipment shipment, our return policy specifically prohibits us from accepting returns - should any item(s) be opened and/or used.

Replacement and/or repair of any item that is found to be defective or malfunctions during the manufacturer’s warranty period will be solely governed by the manufacturer’s repair and return policy. Defect and malfunction resulting from misuse carries no warranty.
