Our F240 Waste Oil Furnace has the capacity to put out 240,000 BTUs. Consuming only 1.68 gallons/hour of waste oil, this wvo furnace can provide adequate heat to a typical 5,000 sq. ft. facility.

True to its function as a multi-oil furnace, burners are designed to burn virtually any oil including lube oil, waste vegetable oil (WVO), virgin vegetable oil, and glycerin.

This high efficiency fuel oil furnace is now complemented with the latest gas-oil burner that has been successfully tested to burn not just used oil like lube, waste vegetable oil (WVO), biodiesel, and glycerin, but natural gas, as well.

Burner Options: The bio-fuel burning system offers two burner options.

Model S200 - Standard waste oil burner for any approved liquid petroleum, vegetable, or other bio-fuel. Fuel oil or diesel can also be used in case other oils are depleted.
Model G200 - Combination waste oil burner for gas or oil, or the combination at half firing rates. The burner provides reliable back-up of PLC controlled natural gas while realizing the benefit of energy saving from burning available oil.

Flexibility: The gas-oil burner in our furnaces can be used to burn gas only, waste oil only, or gas and waste oil at the same time. Advanced PLC control can sense the loss of oil and automatically revert the fuel to gas without interruption to the furnace operation.

Benefits of F240 multi oil furnace: Combustion Engineering is the key to successful burning of used fryer oils. F240 has an extra hot combustion zone that ensures complete combustion of the high flash point oils.

  As a biodiesel producer, if you are concerned about how to dispose off the byproduct - glycerin responsibly, consider this... cut your biodiesel production cost by burning it in our waste oil furnace and using the energy to heat up your waste oil for biodiesel transesterification. Alternatively, turn it into a major source of revenue by selling it to those who would use glycerin to heat up offices, and warehouses.

  In a well run facility, typical payback period is within a couple of years of purchase.
  

• Environmental benefits: Using biofuels such as biodiesel reduces carbon emissions. Superior design features of the waste oil burning furnace - higher oil temperature before it burns, filtration and removal of vapor from the heated oil, and a patented needle valve that prevents dripping - all contribute to bringing down the emissions even lower than clean fuels, thus making it an environmentally friendly furnace.
  

• Safety benefits: The furnace uses the best flame safeguard for highest protection available, such as: 90 second pre-purge, 10 second trial for ignition, three second fuel shut-off, seven electronic checks, UV flame sensor, and main flame trial-for-ignition.

Optional Equipment:

Oil Storage Tank: To enhance the functionality of the furnace unit, an optional 300 gallon storage tank, that supports the furnace at the required 8 feet is also available.

With the ONLY built-in containment system, this tank is specifically engineered for waste petroleum oil. The inner containment, where waste oil is first placed, provides time to settle out water and sludge. Used with a floating pick up assembly, the best possible oil is provided to the waste oil burning appliance. Heavy duty support brackets hold the waste oil burning furnace for an attractive and convenient turn-key installation.
