Designed to be a filter-free dry wash product with no consumables in the wash process stage, this natural and sustainable composition of waterless wash method effectively removes soaps, catalyst traces, residual methanol, moisture, and other production residues from biodiesel. Spent media has an immediate fuel value.

Treatment Towers: Our biodiesel dry wash treatment towers can be configured to suit all production volumes. Rugged stainless steel treatment towers are available in your choice of 3 convenient holding capacities of 2, 10, and 50 Kgs. As the unwashed biodiesel enters the treatment tower, the fuel is purified in a single pass.

It is capable of purifying between 93-185 gallons of biodiesel per kilogram, making it the lowest cost biodiesel waterless washing and drying method in existence today.

It removes soaps, catalyst traces, residual methanol, moisture and other production residues from biodiesel. The treatment towers are easy to retro-fit to your existing production line. Moreover, replacing the media is fast and simple.
