Designed to be a filter-free dry wash product with no consumables in the wash process stage, this natural and sustainable composition of waterless wash media effectively removes soaps, catalyst traces, residual methanol, moisture, and other production residues from biodiesel.

Stainless Steel Treatment Towers: Our biodiesel dry wash treatment towers can be configured to suit all production volumes. Rugged stainless steel treatment towers are available in your choice of 3 convenient holding capacities of 2, 10, and 50 Kgs. As the unwashed biodiesel enters the treatment tower, the fuel is purified in a single pass.

These biodiesel dry washing and filtration vessels are scalable to facilitate increased volume production, allowing for continuous production and reduced purification time.

Cautionary Note about spent Eco2pure™:
Whilst spent Eco2pure™ itself is a non-hazardous product, should the spent product contain more than 0.2% methanol and the product is allowed to compost, then it is liable to become pyrophoric i.e. capable of igniting spontaneously. Methanol in its pure form has a very low flash point of 11 to 12 degrees centigrade. Composting over time creates heat that could cause spent Eco2pure™ containing high levels of Methanol to self-ignite.

Complete removal of methanol from biodiesel to below 0.2% for optimum purification results is strongly recommended and, we cannot accept any liability for the incorrect use or storage of the by-product that results from the purification process. It is further recommended that all spent media be kept in a sealed container, prior to disposal for additional safety and that the spent product not be allowed to compost.
