The B500 Commercial Processor is capable of daily production of 4 batches of 400 gallons each of B100 biodiesel fuel.

The B500 Biodiesel System features all steel plumbing, explosion proof mixing pump, external safety heat exchanger, and heavy duty brass ball valves.

External Safety Heat Exchanger heats oil safely before and during the conversion process.

The methoxide mixing tank is plumbed with the explosion proof pump for safety and ease of use.
